Living Areas
- The Main Villa, Bungalow and Spa with a unique roof made from oxidized cooper that goes in a blue turquoise colour. Entrance into walled garden. The Main Villa has a large open living area with ceiling fans, integrated sofa, antique Joglo and Bar, Sound System from B & O.
- From the living room / hall you access either the Main Pool or Infinity Pool.
- Master bedroom with king size double bed, teak flooring, air condition, telephone, 42 inch Plasma TV and DVD player, sound system from B & O. Large double sliding doors open up to garden and pool. The ensuite contains accessories from Grohe Porsche Design as the full body shower, double washbasins and a 2.5 x 2.5 meters Jacuzzi from Teuco and Plasma TV.
- The 4 other Bedrooms each includes a balcony, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite containing Jacuzzi (Kohler), full body shower (Grohe), toilet and double wash basin.
- Cinema room with a 75 inch Plasma TV, DVD, Satellite and Sound System from B & O.
- The kitchen in minimalist design has facilities with 2 Fridges from DeDietrich, 1 meter oven from Franke, Induction Plate and Coffee

Services included : VIP airport fast track and transportation, car and driver, your own in-house chef, laundry, wifi, groceries deliver service, your first morning breakfast.
Weddings and Private Parties :
Villa les Rizieres is open for weddings and private parties.
USD 2,500 per day.
Deposit Payment
To secure the booking we require your email confirmation to book the villa. We will then send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Payments will be made by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in US Dollars in our bank account.
Balance payment
The balance of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments Bank Transfert
For Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments we require the full rental charge amount to be received in our US Dollar Bank Account. At time of reservation we will inform you of our bank account details. Any bank fees are to be applied to your own bank account.
